SEAT SOCIETY SPONSORS

The Seat Society began as a small idea, refurbishing a set of chairs I had hoped to DIY for my studio. After realizing they needed more care than I could give, I turned to my community — and I’m so grateful I did.

Twenty incredible businesses stepped in to sponsor each chair, transforming this project into something truly meaningful. Each sponsor will be recognized right on the chairs, so every visitor can connect with and support the businesses that helped bring this space to life.

Because of them, these chairs were saved from the landfill and turned into something beautiful, all while supporting local, women-owned businesses.

A furniture and millwork restoration studio based in Petersburg. Carey and her team brought the chairs back to life with care and creativity, even putting up with a lot of my indecisive moments, and we’re still friends, haha! They honour the history of each piece while giving it a fresh story.
